I love you too! It's so funny that you say that you've always looked up to me, because I've always looked up to you. XD And your message isn't creepy at all.. maybe a little out of the blue, but not creepy (:

I wouldn't exactly call putting it off, but that's because I don't have the knowledge to do it yet. For a while (about a year now) I've been thinking about making (programming, XD) an application/OS/something between the two? that streamlines school stuff. So teachers would pass out papers over this "application" and students would submit assignments, etc.
That's what I'm planning on doing one day (after college and I'm actually competent at this stuff), but yeah. XD -
Pork2k is probably consistently my favorite tumblr.
-
This is hard, partially because there's a few things I want to say but also because nothing I've done so far has been particularly ~spectacular~
I'd have to say continuing to play soccer with learning about computers as a close second at this point in my life. -
My summer as been pretty good, average, I guess ...other than the whole dropping-ipod-in-water deal.
-
Haha, if you physically turned into a newspaper? UHM I don't know? Recycle you?
I don't really read the newspaper in all honesty. -
I don't know.. date someone, I guess? I guess it's because I'm generally an agreeable person with people I don't know that well and that I don't have a social life to begin with an.d I'm not ~really~ interested in the time that it'd take to maintain one.

I've been going crazy this summer. I'm noticing my intelligence levels droping every day because all I'm doing is playing sudoku on my iPod and watching YouTube. D: There's nothing to do!
-
My day was wonderful if not boring. I woke up at like ..1:30 pm, watched youtube and perused tumblrr, took a shower, watched more youtube and perused more tumblr, ate dinner, etc. I think you get the idea. XD

I went to my friend's dance recital with my mom and afterwards went out to this fancy (*cough* expensive) Greek restaurant. The recital was great! The food wasn't terrible but my family's Armenian so we have a lot of food in common with the Greeks and obviously restaurant food doesn't stand up to recipes that your great-grandmother used to make every other week.

I don't really have a favorite color, but I definitely gravitate towards blue and green in the clothes I buy. I'll be going through my clothes specifically trying to find something not blue or green so that I won't look so color-coordinated. XD

This is easy: The Constant.
But really anything Desmond centric.. I guess it must be a mixture of the Scottish accent and his episodes are never run of the mill, y'know? -
I don't know too much about the specifics about Buddhism as it doesn't really apply to my life, but I guess it would depend on your definition of religion. I don't think it directly deifies anything/anyone so it's not a religion in that sense. However, it's pretty different than the general idea of philosophy. I think some factions of Buddhism deifies Buddha (again not sure 100%). It definitely straddles the fence and it isn't black and white. You could treat it as either depending on how you apply it to your life.
I think it's a load of shit just like every other religion. It's interesting and fun to learn about (just like every other religion) but there's no evidence to back it up. It's an idea of "wouldn't it be cool if..."
People (who live in the western culture and weren't raised buddhist, etc.) seem to tend to become Buddhist when they feel **spiritual** but don't want to be associated with the stigmas of Christianity, Judaism, Islam, and so on.
One of my best friend's parents are Buddhist and they're kinda crazy, so that might influence my view of people who are Buddhist but not of Buddhism itself. -
I definitely will, but I was getting a little sick of writing about it after that research paper.. I don't really wanna come across as an asshole or anything either so I'm letting it mull in my brain a little bit. Maybe this week, though :3

I totally understand the rationalization behind it, but it's almost like sometimes people (teachers) forget that it's completely different than an .edu domain. Tsktsk.

XDD
I enjoy reading about people's lives (especially the people I don't really know, oddly enough). I've never really seen it as flaunting.. I mean, it's blogging, right? It's inherently self-focused (or it's just bitching about everyone and everything that happens and yeah, that's pretty fun to read about too.) -
Because it interests me. I post things on my blog that I like, that intrigue me. I'm sorry if they don't interest you as well, but hey- if you're following me and don't enjoy my posts or they bug you feel free to unfollow me. It won't hurt my feelings, I promise.
