I really am in no position to answer this question since I haven't lived all of my life yet. (No, seriously.) As decent as my life has been thus far, I still feel like the best is yet to come. Although, I have had plenty of wonderful moments that are sure to go down the storybook.

The biggest mistake I've made is thinking that I've ever made a mistake. I believe everything that happens, all the series of events that make up your entire existence, is necessary for your growth. If everything always went according to our own preferences, there would be no room for change. Can you imagine a world without the opportunity for improvement?
I used to be so cynical about these, used to beat myself up pretty bad over spilled milk, but I've dramatically changed my perspective on life, and now, I'm just another annoyingly jovial optimist, and if you ask me, that beats the hell out of being a downer. -

Lol..This was a fail on my part. Sorry Bernie! And thanks for letting me drive your brand spankin' new car!
Man, I really need a phone.. -
These are the exact words someone has said to me: "You can't change the past, and you can't predict the future. The best you can do is live in the moment and hope for the best. We aren't spoon-fed the answers for a reason."

I think I get the gist of what you're saying, but I wouldn't worry too much about it. Actually, I wouldn't worry about it at all. It might just be a coincidence. Things like that don't define people and shouldn't be used to judge them with.
-
Yep, but I'm not too worried. It would take millions of years for the effect to really make a huge difference. We're lucky to be living in this time period.
-
Y.E.S. YES! :D The only thing I'm not looking forward to is getting darker than I already am. Lol

The fact that someone is willing to go out of their way for a few seconds/minutes a day to ask me random questions. It's great!

Critical thinking at it's best..
Oh! Here's a thought: thoughtful!
See what I did there? ;) -chortle.-
I'm lame, I know. Don't mind me. -

That would be convenient, but too easy. Sometimes, I get so frustrated to the point where I catch myself wishing that, but I know it would stunt personal growth. The whole reason why life slaps us so hard in the face is because..Well, let's face it, we all need a reality check at one point or another.
-
Well, objectively speaking..jk.
No, seriously though..I have no idea. You'd have to ask a leprechaun. -

Drawing itself is therapeutic. Art in general, however, reminds me that I have a soul after life has beaten it down. It's a language that isn't restricted to any one culture--an unspoken understanding.

Lol, I might be the wrong person to ask this to. I'm not very good at deciphering or interpreting dreams either. There are different perspectives of psychology relating to dreams. Some say that they are just random firing of neurons to try to make sense out of brain signals, but I'd like to believe that they have more depth and meaning than that..

Life and love are interconnected. If we don't love, then we aren't really living at all. It is true that love can hurt and break down the soul, but it can heal too. For example, you love drawing, you find joy in that. It's therapeutic and gives you a sense of purpose. Love isn't restricted to being romantically-inclined. It can be the bond you share with your family and friends as well.
And in case you are wondering why people get back up and try again after their hearts have been broken, bruised, and torn to pieces, it's because love overweights all that pain. That's what love is after all--a big honkin' leap of faith, and sometimes, we have to be willing to take that plunge. I think you have heard this somewhere before, but it really is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all. -

Yeah, seen it one too many times..
Sometimes, people love too much and they allow themselves to transform that love into worry, jealousy, and sometimes, even anger..We should never allow ourselves to slip into that kind of cynicism. Hopefully, everyone who's ever had this happen to them can learn from past mistakes. -
Quite the contrary, actually. I think if people learned to love as a default, the world would be a much better place. Just sayin'..

Oh, Chad. You are always in a good mood when I see you. (: And it rubs off on me.

I am the places I've seen. I am the aching. I am the words I write. I am the peace. I am the lack. I am the woman I'm becoming. I am the girl I used to be. I am the whole, but I am the pieces. I am the pieces..
