I would have to say, statistically speaking, I would likely come back as a lollipop. Because, as Mr Barnum may or may not have said "there's a sucker born every minute" :)

I generally like to break things, yell really loudly and run naked through the streets screaming at the top of my lungs...but often I just paint, write, or make music. I find meditation helps me understand the source of my stresses, and long walks help me rid myself of the vague and destructive energy that lurks during the initial moments of my stress.

I suspect for many people it's the perceived loss of freedom, or maybe the merging of one's personality with another. You become a sort of symbiotic organism with joint filing status. suddenly you have to consider the legal ramifications of having this other person in your life. Or it could just be that one secretly does not wish to marry. It is after all a commitment, and commitments are fairly serious things for some people. My personal observation makes note that, as an institution, marriage as it exists in this day and age, is desperately in need of an overhaul. The concept has passed it's usefulness and a lot of the societal mores during the time of it's creation no longer exist.

meh. life is too short to hate, and proper grammar has it's place..but you'll notice I'm pretty lax with it, even though I know better. To me the malleability of a language gives it life. The introduction of slangs and colloquialisms bend concepts of culture and add colour to the more mundane aspects of communication. The trend of misspelling and what is generally considered poor grammar is just another form of the language evolving form and adopting the personality of our current societal form. It's a bigger issue than I would care to judge, so I say let people do what they will. Grammar nazis and grammar anarchists.
