I freaking love that movie. Sloths call their children to their bosom. Lyssie calls her "children" to her bosom. Therefore, Lyssie is a sloth.

Now THAT is an extremely good question. Seriously, I correct grammar for a reason. I didn't say "I enjoy the English language." I said "I enjoy the preservation of it." Therefore, I'm going to correct you if your speaking is wrong. It's not meant to be holier-than-thou, it's just preservation of something I believe in and really something everyone should.

Sloughs are obviously delicious--but I would prefer we NOT eat the sloths. Yes, no eating of our animal friends. Well, for you anyway.

Yeah, that ran through my mind. But honestly, if you're writing me to criticize me on correcting people on their grammar-- you think that you would check your own grammar. Whether it was on accident or just in spite of me, I'm not going to ignore it.
