      Yes. Milk is produced by mammary glands which are usually located on the underside of quadrupeds or the chest area of a biped.

      So to milk a hamster, in theory, you would first need a female hamster. Most animals typically produce milk during and immediately after a pregnancy. This means you would also need a male.

      Hamsters have a gestation period of 16-23 days. Once the hamster gives birth, you would have to find her nipples and milk her. This is done by applying a steady, firm, but gentle pressure. This will cause her to lactate.

      Note that this is mostly just conjecture and I personally advise you not to try this, as the milk gained will be minimal and will require you to deprive nutrition and sustenance to the babies, which is animal abuse.
