You register one of these pages and then people can ask you questions anonymously. It seems, to me, like a throwback to how blogging used to be -- more personal and less newsy. (You can delete questions you don't feel like answering, so not every question asked appears.)
It's pure overshare and a remarkably lazy way to blog. But, this content integrates with Tumblr, Twitter, or Facebook real easily, so I suppose the content fits the mediums. (If, incidentally, you're reading this on *my* Tumblr, then you probably know all this already.)
At the least, people should grab their username even if they don't ever plan to use it because it'd be really easy on this platform to set up a fake account to make fun of people.
