When I was young, I was afraid to walk alone outside on the streets at night. When I was a child, I was even very shy and so I didn't speak much to people who I didn't know well.

Karate offered me the opportunity to shout out aloud without having a conflict with someone. It taught me how to defend myself when someone tries to harm me physically. I quite often walk outside alone at night without being afraid.

Karate has shown me that becoming powerful is a good way to claim your life. It has given me self confidence and a sense of awareness and well-being. Focusing on the present moment has helped me dealing with little and bigger problems in life.

After a karate lesson, I usually feel that everything that bothered me before the lesson started has become less important and easier to manage. Moreover, of course, practising karate has improved my physical, emotional and mental health and power.

First of all, everybody has a good reason to thrive! Perhaps the reason is not obvious to the person in that moment.

Think about what you love or loved doing in your life, and find an opportunity to do it again. Take action and do it!

If you are seriously depressed, then consult a healthcare practioneer. If there is something going on in your life that constantly drags you down, get some support to eliminate this element from your life.

When the negative elements are eliminated, and the positive elements find support, it will become easier for you to see the reason why you are on earth. If you still don't see it, get some professional help making it obvious to you.

Being powerful means to be able to make things happen and to actually do it. In order to become powerful there are some things you need to take care of. Some of these things are getting the information that you need, connecting with experts in the area you want to be powerful in, and daring to make use of opportunities and to take action into the desired direction. It's recommendable to become calm first, to find your inner strength so that it will be possible for you to solve conflicts and to overcome outer and inner limitations.

Finding your own power is sometimes a very difficult task, however, the greater the challenge the better the outcome. With every solved problem, task or conflict, you will become stronger and able to face bigger challenges. As everything in life, it's something we have to practise in order to become good at it.

That's a good question. Living your greatest life means becoming the best person you can be in regard to a life that suits you. It means to find out what you love doing & for what purpose you are on earth, and to actually follow this path by adjusting your actions. Then give as much as you can. Just be yourself - the best version of yourself. Everybody can copy someone else, but it is a very difficult thing to be unique. Living your greatest life also means to make sure that you have or get the resources needed to walk on your path & to make use of opportunities that show up.

A good way to become powerful is to put yourself into challenging situations such as conducting a workshop or just speaking in front of a group. If you don't dare to do any of this, than my advise is to do something for yourself. Develop some talents by taking courses, and become good at what you do. This will establish some self-esteem. Another idea would be to make your physical body stronger by working out. You can even participate in a self-defense course, or start Martial Arts training. In my case, it has helped pretty much to find out what I love doing, to actually do it, and to start with karate.

I have no idea who these people are. However, since I like dragons I hope that the "dragon" will win.

If I won a million dollars, I'd probably buy a beautiful beach house in California and save the rest.
