Good make-up brands, hmm... depends on what skin type you have (oily, dry, or both, or sensitive). If your skin is sensitive and prone to rashes when it comes to using cosmetics, I recommend Clinique brand because it's hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested. But this brand is quite expensive. For starters, you can go to department stores/malls, there are lots of choices there and you can try them as well so you can know if you're not allergic to it. :) Just make sure you know your skin type before buying. :D -
