Instantly? Well, you don't master talents. You master skills. Talent is natural; skill is honed. I would probably choose either guitar or Photography, though. Maybe not Photography. I like the learning process. So probably guitar. Or better management. Of everything. Time, tasks, stress, etc.

Not really. I don't do New Year resolutions. I just have goals that are constantly growing and evolving.
