I use long term relationship shampoo and conditioner! It helps a lot. And if you get your hair trimmed every six weeks, that should help.

I don't know the exact amount because I get on periodically throughout the day. I will have to say maybe 1.5 - 2 hours total.

It was pretty good, but it could have been better. I didn't have my first three periods because student council came up with the bright idea to build a balloon tower and show the sophomores around, but they never did it for us. They always do the better things when my grade moves up. I want to stay on the honor roll and try not to let things bother me.
