Wow, the only way this question could be more difficult is if I was 30 years older and you were asking me to choose a favorite child. Or favorite car. Because I'm ambitious and like nice cars.
You (anonymous person) are going to hate me for saying this but I just don't like ranking people. The only thing that would make this okay is if I made an oddly specific list of my "favorite people" which would just call out one aspect of all of my friends/family and I'd end up listing like everyone I love. Because I think ranking friends is silly; everyone that is in your life is there for a different reason and there is no reason to rank them. -
I have this purple and white dress from A|X that I absolutely adore. I pair it with a nice set of black heels and a black belt and I'm ready to go. The best part about it is that it isn't super tight or low-cut so I feel completely comfortable in it.

If you haven't read My Antonia and are looking for a sentimental book with an intense amount of descriptive language and imagery, read that book. Now. It's fantastic.
I also highly recommend Les Miserables. It's a bit lengthy, but I am a huge fan. I've probably read this book (the unabridged version) three or four times at this point...
Another book that I really liked was Brave New World (Aldous Huxley). It's a bit disturbing, but it's kind of weird how it lines up with today's society...perhaps not in all of the best ways. -
I applied for Emory Scholars and the Moog Scholarship at Washington University in St. Louis.
I was not successful, but that happens.
In terms of scholarships for you...it'd be helpful if I knew who you were. What I really suggest is just finding schools that you fall in love with and programs that you find amazing and just going for them. There are a lot of schools that have merit scholarships, so just do your research and know what you want when you're looking at schools. -
Most excited: NYC Trip with choir
Most anxious: College admissions decisions letters. I hyperventilate when I think about getting letters from schools... -
Probably a dog person. They just make me happier. I'm always terrified a cat is going to scratch my eyes out.

I can't think of anything in particular but there are some situations where I did something really awkward or stupid that still embarrass me a lot.

I really just want to love whatever it is I end up doing with my life. I want to wake up every morning and feel like I'm doing something worthwhile.

Wow.
I should just not forgive myself for neglecting my formspring for so long.
But no, there isn't anyone I haven't yet forgiven for something that they've done to me. I think the people I tend to hold grudges against for long periods of time are the people who have done something to a friend of mine. For some reason, that's more of an issue to me. -
I think there's a certain limit to how much technology should be used to "enhance" the ability of an artist. Honestly, no one can sing a song perfectly every single time so if a little electronic help is needed here or there than that's up to the artist or producer. There are also some cases when the key of a recording will be changed completely so that it sounds better on the radio, but then when sung live the artist will perform in a key that is more comfortable. However, if you're taking someone who can barely sing (if at all), giving them a microphone, and then manipulating every single note until they sound good, there's something wrong with that. It becomes especially noticeable when the person performs live and you just want to unplug the microphone because they sound so bad.
I guess what I'm trying to say that, like everything else, technology in music should be used in moderation. You can't stop people from trying to use the latest and greatest technology to enhance a track, and I wouldn't want to. However, it gets really annoying when people who should not be singing get record deals because they "look good" and producers can manipulate their voice on a computer. -
Yes, unless the chicken is like me and just can't whistle at all.

I haven't actually used blogspot, but I'm liking tumblr so far. I've always been horrible with coding, so I appreciate that tumblr pretty much does everything for me.

On the one hand, what the musician really wants is for their music to be heard, so in some ways that isn't such a bad thing. After all, they're doing what they love and their music is still being heard. I guess it really depends on your opinion of whether or not the ends justify the means. However, there's a point where that musician stops being credited for working on and making that music - when people aren't buying their albums because they download them for free. Personally, when I really like a musician, I'll search long and hard to get a taste of their new music. If I like it, then I download the album. Otherwise, I've listened to it once and then there you go. That's it. I know that's not exactly the best thing to do, but it's my way of compromise.

I don't hate on Jersey Shore the show (which I watch because it's crazy amusing). I hate on the fact that there are legitimately people out there that actually act like that.

Short, musical, slightly obsessive, determined.

I honestly think Valentine's Day is a silly commercial holiday. If you love someone, you shouldn't need a special "day" to tell them that you like having them around. It's really easy to get caught up in Valentine's Day and wanting someone to share the day with that they do something crazy when they realize they're alone.

Haha I have no idea.
I think I'm just rambling a little bit.
And you're so sweet. YOU amaze me :)
