what's a good way to start the first sentence in a response? i always find that i'm just restating the question but in a statement form.
Michael: Not sure I can give a clear tip on that. My best advice would be to answer the question as if you had only one line to do so. Explain why the key focus of the question was important and/or what effect it had.
