If i had an extra hand, it would need an arm, or a tail, to attach it to, otherwise not very useful. I wouldn't mind being able to detach a hand and replace it with the spare. That could be helpful to deal with RSI, for example. But to be honest, I think I'm okay for body mods for the moment ;-) You can give the spare hand to someone else. Or display it in a jar or something.
