haha thank you :) I don't and won't listen to haters. They can go hate on themselves!

haha yes, I remember you Callie :) I'm sure we hung out with Alyson and/or Maggie at some point in college...but thank you :) and you know what? I really don't know! I'll just chalk it up to someone being insecure about themselves and not actually having anything to do with me. Or something like that!

Also to everyone else who commented on that...THanks :) You all are the best!

Well, this is semi-true :) Being a wedding photographer is my dream job, but I am just starting out. I have taken photos at my step-sisters wedding, as well as some engagement photos for a friend, along with a couple other weddings. You can see my photos here www.alexash.zenfolio.com

If you want to email me with any other questions or are interested in my work, maybe we can work something out! :) alexkay.ash@gmail.com

Depending on the day (like the time I found him STANDING on my kitchen table) he might be for sale. 25 cents OBO.

(Just kidding. You'd have to fight me to the death for him!)

Caring. Is that cliche? Probably. But it's true. I always care about others before myself. I like to send little cards just to let others know how I feel about them or that I'm thinking of them. I always buy people way too many gifts! My dogs and cats might as well be humans I love them so much...

      I like to care.

Hmmm...I've never been one of those people that likes to eat weird foods. In Spain I ate a tapas that had rice or something that was died black...My friend would tell us why it was black at the time but apparently it was because it was dyed with pig's blood. I have also eaten some weird French foods but can't recall specifically what they were at the time (probably because I myself didn't know and was too scared to ask!)

I'll have to think more about this one!

The idea of dating a lot of different people IS appealing to me, but it's never really worked out. I've always been a relationship kinda girl. Which I'm okay with and like too :)

      Hmmm...Oprah?

In all seriousness, I love Obama and think he will need another term to fix/finish all the work that was left for him! I hope he continues to do a good job and prove to Americans that he really deserved not only his presidency but the Peace Prize as well. He's only one man you know? Although I suppose you could argue it only took (another) one man to get us into the awful situation that America is in. Anyways, unless Oprah or someone totally fabulous comes along, I think Obama should keep on keepin' on.

Oh there are many things. It's the small things that really get me. First, I find the people to be amazingly warm, kind and helpful. People who say the French are rude are people that have a) never been here or b) people that were doing something that warranted being rude to (Americans do this a lot...I've seen it first hand)

Also there is just something magical about being able to see the Eiffel Tower or l'Arc du Triomphe while I'm on the bus or something. I also LOVE the little old ladies and their HUGE oversized fur coats, with huge Chanel glasses and teeny tiny heels. So amusing!

I am living in Paris until the end of April, and I've been here since September. I am teaching English to high school kids!

As for the cilantro, I don't know. I just do. It's awful! To the point where I won't eat anything that is too heavily innundated with it, or I will pick as much out of it as I can. And I don't do that with ANYTHING else. Bleck! I've actually heard it's a genetic predisposition to either love or hate cilantro...not sure if that's true or not!
