Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream Shop is my favorite. It's about 2 blocks away, and it's less of a shop and more of a window, but I love it. What's to love? Well the soft serve is awesome - creamy, custardy and delicious. They use the good sprinkles - not the kind that make you feel like you're chewing small rocks. The people are nice. The cones are pointy. The hard ice cream is Hershey's and anyone that knows anything about my past knows that I have a special place in my heart for Hershey's ice cream. What's not to like? This is their second season in business and if you live near me you should go there too.
