Seattle's mild winters and summers temperates enable us year round outdoor activities. High temperatures in July average about 75F, while low temperatures in winter drop below freezing an average of only 15 days per year. Average yearly rainfall in Seattle is 36.2 inches but NY average is 40 inches. My favorite type of wather is Seatter weather. haha

I was working as a plummer helper. One day we're sent to work on a water well and after trouble shooting, the problem was the water pump. 6 days later they got some one to work on this pump. So happens a week later we run into the same problem in an underground parking lot. We couldn't find any one to work on this pump. I bought a truck and learned everyting about pumps and now I own 6 trucks and 17 employees.

We do recycle everything. My kid collects news papers and aluminum cans. Installed solar panels last year.

I'm bless with my kid. I do so little parenting. I come home late at night from work, he has food on the table waiting for me. So I did my part for humanity. Yeah, no more kids.
