The traditional concept of a 'Family' is not only outdated but also irritatingly elitist. A family are the people who support you in all aspects, be it in love, money, time, whatever. And if that means that those people are others than your mother and father, then so be it.

If I like what I'm learning about, I don't mind failing to get it right. If it's like, say, AUTHOR or CADVIS, I'd rather pass and not know a damn thing. Thankfully, I'll never have to take those classes again. :))

First I'd be positively sure I wasn't just going through a rough patch with the ~dream career~ thing I had because to go from liking it all my life to suddenly not is a big deal. And if I've found out it isn't really what I want after all, I'd go ahead and do what ever it is I want to do now, unless it means starting from square one, in which case, I'd wait until I no longer rely on my parents, because I owe it to them to at least see the first thing through.
Unless it's not going to be much of a financial hassle for them, then I say go for it. -
You be nice to them? If you like them now, now would be the time to make up for previously misjudging them. And then when you get close enough to want to tell them about why you might have used to not like them, you should, so as they can probably improve themselves for the better?
IDK, I still say don't let your previous misgivings prevent you from being friends now. -

If I didn't know him, I'd say I think he's awesome. I think he's a right good egg and I like his eccentricity/genius. I wouldn't want to be really close to him tho. Like, i think I'd like him best if I knew him vaguely or really well.
Knowing him any better or worse than that, I'm sure I would not like to spend any time with him as there's just something about him that annoys me sometimes. -

Brian is Brian and Evan is Evan. But like I said, there're a few things they have in common. This I AM STRAIGHT OKAY thing of theirs being one of them.
Like I said on twitter, as much as possibly, I don't want to replicate Evan's shtick, lest it look like Brian's just copying him or something. Trust me, even if Brian does act like a closet case, he's going to go at it completely differently. Most likely in a more infuriating way. I warn you, you might want to punch him if it comes to that.

If you want to dye your own hair and don't know what to do/where to get stuff, go to a Hortaleza.That's where a lot of parlors get their supplies anyway. and the sales ladies can usually help you out and tell you what to do. -

I just wanna say that I have Brian's personality sorta thought out well, he just doesn't get to show it so much yet because it's not situation-appropriate. Or something. Am I making sense? Uhh, Brian is deeper than what he's been showing so far, is what I mean.
