A bao is a steamed doughy dumpling of sorts, filled with meats or pastes, and I enjoy them for being hand-held bits of BBQ-pork-filled-awesome.

We got super delicious baos at a specialty restaurant in Chicago we had been talking about going there for months, and it was remarkably easy to get too. I was stuffed after 3 baos though, haha.

Barely there. I like hints of coffee in some treats, but for the most part, I can't STAND to drink a straight-up, bitter-ass coffee. If it's become a mocha by some means of fuckery, I'll drink a mocha.
