Hi! Sorry for the slow response! I had to go back and find my notes. In the Japan Ai book, we stayed at http://www.izu-onsen.com/amagisou/ http://www.amagisou.jp/
Oodaru Spa Amagisou
But when I went back another time with my husband, we went to http://www.takaragawa.com/english.html Takaragawa Onsen. Both were great and were ok with English speaking foreigners. -
I'm sorry, I don't give out the patterns, good luck!

Hi! I was born in 1979, right now I'm 32~! Thanks for following me for so long, I really appreciate it!
-
I'm not, sorry! I would try searching http://www.immortalgeisha.com/ig_bb/index.php forums for okobo places that are good! Goodluck!

Hi Ginie, I'm really not up on Annz! Maybe there's still an Annz yahoo community? I'd look for something like that.

Hi! Unfortunately the original publisher of Japan Ai went out of business so that's why the material isn't available (their website is gone, too...) I'll try and get it up on my website sometime soon. :) I'm glad you enjoyed it!
If you find a copy of the book for sale somewhere, you should buy it, because it's out of print and hard to find. -
I'm sorry, but that design is something I made for myself, I'm not offering it for sale on spoonflower.

I'm sorry! My publisher went out of business and they actually put that notice up on Amazon before the book was even finished, I'm not sure how to get it taken down. I'm not sure when the book will be completed, I'm sorry. I have to finish it and I have to get a new publisher. I'm so busy with Futurama right now, though. I really appreciate you being interested though! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I drafted it myself based on Mccalls 4107. Goodluck!

Hi! I probably will be going to Fanime, I usually do. I just don't know for sure yet. :0 Thanks!

Not my neck, but my scalp! It wasn't as bad as some other wigs and it's not as heavy as it looks, but it's still quite heavy and since it's secured with bobbypins at my scalp...

I did fine, I saw a lot of family and friends and had a fun Christmas party at my house. My new years resolutions are to continue to get in better shape, continue to get better at my artwork and to make a few dream costumes.

I think all artists must, but when you're a professional artist you don't have the luxury of allowing a lack of inspiration/motivation to keep you from drawing. If someone's paying you a salary, etc, you can't just sit there and mess around instead of drawing.
Also, I think that forcing yourself to draw "anyway" often helps you work through your block. You can think, "wow, I really don't have an idea for this scene/drawing" but instead of giving up, you do some research, you keep drawing, you try different things, and then you find an hour or two later that you come up with a good idea for it. If I still can't come up with something, then I take a walk outside, go get some tea or something and I come back in about half an hour and try again.
Also, in general, drawing daily is very important to up your ease and your skill. Think of how much better someone who draws about 8 hours a day, 5 days a week would be than someone who just draws occasionally when they get the inspiration. -
Right now I really like MUSE, Fleet Foxes, Vampire Weekend, AIR, Goldfrapp

Other than draw a lot? You'll have to ask a more specific question, sorry! :) I have some old information here: http://aimeemajor.com/anim/animatr.html but if you have some more specific questions, I can try to answer them.

I'm not sure that it's easy to count, but I have a couple Bollywood sountracks, Phantom of the Opera, some Takarazuka ones, German version of Elisabeth, some Sakara Taisen ones... um and probably some other stuff.

I'd like to! I have a notebook for a sequel specifically to Japan Ai, and then I have another similar book that's about 80% done on cosplay. But we'll see what happens! I appreciate it!

That's great! It reminds me of the kid in Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs who makes spray on shoes.
-
nope, but I have a scarf a lot like Rose's in Boom Town.
