How did you first get your business going and get your name out there? One day I would like to start my own little photography gig but I have no idea where to start. I'm still pretty much starting out, any tips for beginners?
I basically started out on my own and did it part time while Eric had a full time job back in 2002. Awhile back, we decided to both go full time with it. We were booking a lot from referrals and quite a bit the advertising we were doing. Facebook is a great tool. It's also a good idea to team up with other vendors that match your style. We have been going full force since then and haven't looked back! We hope to continue doing it for as long as we are able to!! Good luck with your business!
