      pestu pasal berus gigi , mungkin jenis berus gigi yg awak gune tu tak sesuai dgn gusi awak yg sensitif. sy recommend awak cari la berus gigi yg bristle dia lembut. kdg2 takat pilih bristle yg 'soft' pon tak jd, so sy recommend awak amik yg bentuk rupe bristle hujung nye halus.. bukan straight same lebar, tp dia menirus gitu.

      salam, u pernah naik 1st class flight x? nak tanya, ape je yang boleh kita buat bile naik 1st class ni ye.. maklumla x pernah xperience pun.. huhu.. fyi, sy akan ke kuching jumaat ni naik 1st class flight (mas) bersama 10months++ baby.. :))

      wsalam. sy penah naik 1st class. tp dah lame dah la. tatau la skang lain procedure. ehehe. anyway, ini ikut jenis airlines jgk. kalo naik yg seat boleh convert jd katil, lg hebat la layanan nye. :P

      1st.. mase boarding, awak akan jd antara org pertama utk naik plane.. :P

      2nd.. besenye.. sblm plane take off tu derang dah siap bg mknn dah. tgk jgk la, kot kot lame nak tunggu org lain yg dok kat economy class settle down kan. so it depends.

      3rd nak mintak air, atau extra nuts, mmg senang la, sbb stewardess mmg akan sentiasa ade dekat2 situ. oh ya, usually, 1st class tayah nak susah2 mintak, derang akan dtg dan offer mcm2. tray after tray of food. so samada nak atau taknak aje. :P

      since when have u been wearing glasses?

      erm.. i'm not sure, but i think i started wearing glasses at 12 or 13 years old. :D

      but btwn 12-25 years old, i didn't wear glasses religiously, i just wore it when i felt it was necessary, usually when i went to the movies, when i need to copy smtg down from the whiteboard, or when i need to find someone from a crowd.. etc.. i guess i had problems adjusting. wearing glasses felt odd and uncool.

      but now, i wear glasses most of the time, except when showering and sleeping. now that i've found the frame that suits me the most, i feel wearing glasses is the most coolest thing ever! i even think i look better with glasses on, it makes my eyes look bigger. :))

      * once u get 35%, it'll be permanent. ur discount won't go back to 25%.

      A) 500 vp in 1 month, maksudnye awak beli byk2 kali.. bukan dlm 1 order. katelah.. dlm 1 bulan tu, awak beli dlm 10 kali. dan kebetulan, total kesemua 10 order tu last2 awak dpt collect 500 vp ++. ini bukan purposely nak beli byk2 kali ye, tp disbbkan mmg nak beli, atau pon utk submit order customer, customer nak beli sekian2 brg, lalu awak sebagai distributor pon beli la utk derang. so method ni, lebih sesuai utk mrk2 yg berjual beli.

      Nak tanye ni referring to your posts on tea mix. Adieha kata bile consume tea mix, ia akan keluar balik dr badan. So kite kena minum plain water to replenish. Tapi tak sama ke sbb dlm perut nanti, plain water td akan mix jugak dgn air+tea mix tu jugak?

      erm. sy tak paham soalan awak. awak tanye.. same ke tak same eh? bg sy... tak same.

      mmg la masuk perut.. teamix dan air bercampur. tp do u know what will happen next? teamix ni diuretic, it will make u pee. so bila pee.. what do u lose?

      WATER. a lot of water. so yg kuar nnt, bukan sekadar teamix, tp air lain pon akan kuar skali. pape jenis air yg awak dah minum.. of coz not all of it. i don't know how much will come out.. but trust me.. teamix ni mcm sponge.. akan bwk kuar air2 lain. kalo muke sembab / swollen.. ini sbb air dlm bdn tak kuar dgn baik. water retention la ni. so.. teamix will help in this area. kalo problem tak lawas air kencing pon same.. teamix will help to fix that.

      lepas minum teamix, u tak lose water dr pee je, tp sweat lg, u perspire, kalo minum dgn cara yg betul, mmg berbaldi kuar peluh u. sometimes, air akan kuar as mucus.. mcm selseme la. boleh jgk.

      so sy tanye balik yeh.. kalo awak minum teamix saje, dan langsung tak replenish dgn plain water.. what do u think will happen?

      utk mrk yg minum 2 litre teamix 1 hari, and no water.. itu bukan cara yg betul. 2 litre ni maksud nye die dah bancuh siap2 dlm tumbler, and minum sket2 throughout the day. kalo minum cara ni, semestinye teamix tu dah sejuk kan? pestu.. tatau la brp tspn yg diletaknya. ade sorang ni bitau sy, die tak measure pon. die main tuang je teamix tu. tak ke haru. sedey sy dgr.. gold dust gone to waste just like that.

      u will not get to feel the effect drinking that way (bancuh byk2). u do not have to make such a big batch of teamix. sgt membazir. sy ni distributor tau, i sell HL products, but i do not people to waste their teamix by consuming it wrongly.

      u just need a small amount to get the effect..

      1/4 tspn of teamix + 250 ml HOT/WARM water
      (teamix 100g: 240 servings, will last 2-4 months, if consume twice a day)
      or..
      1/2 tspn of teamix + 250 ml HOT/WARM water
      (teamix 100g: 120 servings, will last u 1-2 months, if consume twice a day)

      cold teamix can be consume after doing ur workout, but do not consume cold teamix after meals / shakes. coz nnt larat ke minum shakes sejuk, teamix sejuk, pestu plain water pon nak sejuk jgk? rase mesti loya kan.. kalo seme sejuk. pelbagaikan suhu boleh?

      cube awak minum 10 cups of coffee dlm 1 hari, dan tak minum air kosong langsung. coffee je u minum seharian.

      after that, look at ur pee. what color will it be? imagine the smell? pekat ke tak pekat? ehehe. u understand now?

      i have seen other people's pee.. not smtg i would like to see la.. tp kat public toilet bese la kan, org yg jenis tak considerate.. kencing berciciran gitu, pestu tak lap/cuci. mmg nmpk betapa pekat nye air kencing org tu. its not good if its too pekat. nmpk sgt tak cukup air... just by looking at their pee pon boleh tau.

      cuba bayangkan ginjal die nak tapis tu punye la payah. sbb pekat sgt. no water to dilute it. kalo ade water.. at least runny sket. usually people yg tak minum air kosong yg cukup will suffer kidney problems.

      ade org ckp, gatal lidah lepas mkn nenas sbbkan Vit C, tp kalo mkn orange atau buah2 yg hi in Vit C, tade pon gatal lidah. dan tak seme org yg akan gatal lidah lepas mkn nenas, certain2 org aje. so tatau la ape penyebab gatal lidah. i don't think sbb Vit C. maybe smtg to do with pesticide? pesticide tu dah menyerap ke dlm buah, dan itu penyebab gatal lidah?

      lg satu.. sbb skang ni masih jual pd harga introduction lg, so harga dia masih rendah. abis promo nnt, harga dia akan almost RM 5 kot (RM 4.70 maybe, tak ingat sgt). skang ni masih RM 2.40 atau RM 2.50.. so sy amik peluang la try roti selain dr Gardenia. sy dr kecik dok mkn roti Gardenia. skali skala nak tukar mkn roti lain jgk. selama ni tak jumpe roti yg lg best/sedap dr Gardenia, tp skang dah jumpe - Massimo! ekeke. hrp2 harga tu kekal la murah mcm tu.

      sblm ni kalo tak jumpe roti Gardenia kat kedai runcit, sy beli High 5. tp High 5 ni ade rekod buruk sket, dgn lipas jumpa dlm roti.. etc, so rase wary sket la nak membeli. :))

      u should ask Herbalife Malaysia that question. not me. :))

      Herbalife Malaysia is bringing 1 item at a time, just to see the feedback from consumers. if the product sells well, it will be sold permanently in Malaysia. if they were to bring all Herbalife items at once, and nobody is interested to buy, they can go bankrupt la since the products have expiry dates.

      Did u know that Roasted Soy Nuts was discontinued early 2010 bcoz not many people buy it?

      New products that was brought it to Herbalife Malaysia. here's a list that i can remember..
      - lemon flavour protein bar (no longer selling it, after choc peanut protein bar was introduced)
      - peach flavour teamix
      - choc peanut protein bar
      - omega 3 fish oil (also known as herbalifeline in US)
      - nw formula (also known as niteworks in US)
      - accessories (1 L and 2 L polycarbonate water bottle, shaker 'ball' bottle, etc)

      IMO, the limited products that we have in Herbalife m'sia is actually a blessing in disguise. HL distributors could focus solely on promoting the herbalife shakes and teamix.. since those are the main products for weight management and improving health. F1, F3, and teamix is suitable for everybody, doesn't matter how young or old they are, their health condition, their body weight.. etc. in other words, F1 + F3 + teamix are the core products of herbalife.

      customers do not need to crack their brain on choosing which products to use, since there are only 3 products to choose from.

      Did u know that in US, bcoz of the tremendous amount of products they have, the distributor there took the opportunity to sells 4-10 items in a set? pls note that this is not the correct way to promote products in Herbalife. its like forcing ur customers to buy everything in HL pricelist. alas, the customers will end up not using all the of the products they bought. such a waste right?

      the distributor should not make a specific set like that, but they should customize according to each customer's needs.

      imagine if in M'sia we have all those items. do u really want to buy all of that every single month? haha. that would cost u RM 1-2 K every month. maybe even more than that. do u have the money to buy all that?

      i wouldn't want to promote all that to my customers. i wouldn't want to confuse my customers (or even myself). :))

      here in m'sia.. for weight management, u just need to choose btwn..
      - F1 only
      - F1 + F3
      - F1 + teamix
      - F1 + F3 + teamix

      i prefer to recommend the products based on the customer's height and weight, and let the customer's decide for themselves which suits their budget. much simpler rite? :D

      kalo hl shakes 1 shakes yg ade 2 scp F1 = 90 calories. kalo yg 2 scp F1 + 2 scp F3 = 130 calories. kalo hl shakes kalo campur ingredients lain.. katelah 300 calories max . that's why boleh amik dlm 4-13 shakes dlm sehari (depending on each serving brp calories), sy letak 1200 calories sebagai minimum calorie intake utk adults. utk mrk2 yg dah lame amik HL shakes, to them kalo buat liquid detox ni.. tak terasa sgt, sbb dah biasa amik low calorie intake. tp utk awak.. mmg terkejut la nnt. dahla calorie nye lg low dr HL shakes.       so ini peluang awak la utk ubah kesihatan awak. liquid detox tu hanya akan bg TEMPORARY cleanse aje. bukan PERMANENT pon. kalo awak kembali mkn byk, mkn bende2 yg merapu, awak akan rase bende yg same balik.. constipation/bloated dan mcm2 la. paham tak?

      cth. maggi mee dgn nasi. 1 cup of rice ada 0.6g of fibre. maggi mee ada 0g of fibre. that's why kalo mkn nasi akan rase kenyang lame berbanding mkn maggi aje. kalo nak mkn maggi skalipon, letak sayur skali.. spy at least fibre tu ade. kalo mkn nasi putih mesti nak kene letak sayur lg kan, so bertambah la fibre intake dlm meal awak.

      dieha, penah wat sauna? sy ni malas nk wat workout... so cadang nak beli sauna.. :)

      awak malas nak bergerak.. dan rela duduk dlm 1 bekas dlm 1/2 jam berpeluh2 gitu? awak ade masa ke 1/2 jam utk duduk diam2 1 tmpt tak gerak2? takut kang tak gune plak sauna tu nnt - jd white elephant lak.

      bg sy.. sauna ni ade byk jenis.. dan ade sauna yg hanya kuarkan peluh saje. dan bukannye bakar lemak atau buang toxin. bila jd mcm tu, bila awak timbang, berat yg awak lose tu hanya sementara.. water loss saje. dan bila awak minum air utk replenish balik air yg awak loss, berat tu akan naik semula.

      besenye sauna ni lebih pd utk relaxkan muscle atau utk panaskan bdn. elok utk sape2 yg nak gune sblm dan selepas workout. tp bukan gune utk 'workout' semata2.

      2. masukkan F1 + F3 (if any), kalo F3 ade skali.. gaulkan sampai sebati. so powder dgn powder ni, biar sampai F3 tu sebati dgn F1. F3 ni yg selalunye akan jd lumps.
      3. letakkan liquid (boleh try masuk separuh dulu pon ok jgk), pestu letak bola whisk slow2 kat dlm bekas (boleh gune sudu), jgn campak plak, kang terpercik merata. tutup bekas dgn ketat. GONCANG! sampai sebati..
      4. kalo liquid td letak 1/2 aje, masuk lg separuh.. dan sambung goncang lagi. since bola ni mmg tak terikat dgn ape2, awak boleh goncang ke semua arah la. bukan stakat atas-bwh atau kiri-kanan.. awak goncang aje ke semua arah. kalo ade powder yg melekat kat tepi2 bekas, leh kuis2 dgn sudu, pestu sambung goncang.
