Hi :) Yes, as we are in the US, everything is in USD and US shoe sizes. However, you can reference this handy chart from Zappos for your correct shoe size: http://www.zappos.com/measure-your-shoe-size
Also note the sneakers run similar to Converse sizing, in case that helps :)

Sadly, they are gone for good. Or for a long, long while. To get your Acrylicana jewelry fix, you can check out the scented pendants and such at scentedshoelaces.com Luckily, there are no poopy-scented accessories. hahaha!

Under Water Kicks :) The first pair I did wasn't commissioned. It was just for fun. So I went crazy with jellyfish and octopus friends. Turned into the most requested design. :) SO excited that it's available for everyone now. :D

I had not, but now i think you've just given me another way to procrastinate :D This website looks pretty fantastic www.design-milk.com in case others are reading along.

Oh anonymous, you're awfully lovely. Let us pick flowers and braid them into each others' hair. We're best friends now.

pink/beige/blonde. I like it when my skin is really close to my hair colour. I can blend into a basket of peaches that way.

All sorts: Alchemy, Paint Tool SAI, Photoshop CS5, Illustrator CS5, Painter 11, Flash CS5. Usually tools are listed with each piece.

I usually know if something will be printed later. Really, most technology is groovy with printing in RGB. I tend to save versions of both, printing little test runs to make sure the colours are right later and making alterations (even if I think it's perfect, my monitor and printer might differ from others'). Not a big deal, really. Just takes a small bit of time to switch things up and alter colours if need be.

Oh snap! Likely after holidays :) I always find it difficult to get back to doing some sort of fanart when I could be working. They are hanging out, waiting..months later. Was considering just popping out Ivy and calling it a day (she's missing an arm that was hidden by Harley...).

I made it up when I was 17 from a love of paint and plastic (acrylic) and the sound of "americana" ("ana").

Hustle your bustle, BB. Shove your work out into the world, try your hand at taking commissions, knock on ever proverbial door you can for work, and see what happens. I'm guessing you've got a portfolio you're constantly building up and can, at a moment's notice, send samples/links/whatever to prospective clients.
It's a tough world out there, freelancing. And I have no definitive answers b/c that game keeps on changing and moving. It also really doesn't pay well from the get go. Consider corporate part-time, if you can. Most working artists don't actually work from home, and many don't start out that way.
Definitely ask as many working artists what their advice is too --- My answers are utterly imperfect and biased.

Epoxy. It's not the best, however, as I've been told it can come off in water. Or some brands can. Happy to be out of the business of making my own acrylic jewelry (phew -- yay mass production, yay industrial adhesives).

Quit art school to pursue freelancing. Also quit art school b/c I really couldn't afford it. Huzzah student loans! Things seemed to have worked out, as I'm well employed now and making quite a go of things :) It's amazing how weird going to art school is -- damned if you do, damned if you don't. ;)

Yes, I can draw guys. I draw them often. Usually not for work, though, as Acrylicana is a girls' brand (mostly -- I'm sure we'll expand). ;) Lately whenever I draw people it's been fashion illustrations advertising the merchandise or specific characters.
Check out my scraps in my dA gallery for drawings of more dudes -- stuff from lifedrawing classes (we had mostly male models in art school, for some reason), and some really dorky projects (i.e. fan art hahaha).
