I believe Sirius was the first one to escape. Infamously, notoriously. Cos if my memory serves me right, Barty Crouch Jr was said to have escaped a year ago according to GoF, so that makes it PoA. He did but it was not known by the public, cos he was replaced by his mother. I think it wasn't clearly stated exactly when. So, I think that matter is debatable. But still, I believe it's Sirius. I'll stick to that.

And JSYK, knowing the books by heart doesn't mean that I know or must now every little thing detail about the books. I mean, seriously, who does? If there's a single person who does, then he/she must've read the books a number of times over, and I don't have that kind of leisure time. Knowing the books by heart means that, if I were to be tested, the question wouldn't be that objective at all. It's the kind of question that would be answerable by searching through the depths of my heart, an answer that's not the same with the answers of the others.
Simply, an answer coming from the heart. Thanks for the question, anyway.

      Honestly?

I really don't think they're fans. Well, alright, they are fans, but not TRUE fans, do you get me? No offense meant, but, for a true fan like me (and others I know of), to be called an HP Fan is an honor and it correspondingly means that you have read ALL 7 BOOKS and know it by heart. If you haven't read all 7 books, then you may call yourself a fan, but you are not considered a TRUE fan, YET. Ah, I know this is confusing but I hope you get my point.

I am surrounded by people who call themselves fans of the Harry Potter Series. They talk and post about HP nonstop, but when you ask them about stuff from the book and other important (omitted from the movies) details, sadly, they don't know a thing. It is a downright insult to us, because, if everyone can be called a true / avid / zealous HP Fan that easily, then there won't be any need to read the books. And that is a downright insult to Jo Rowling. So honestly, they kinda irritate me. But not personally, 'kay? This is just me being a fan.

I DO NOT CONSIDER THOSE WHO READ ONLY HP 6 OR 7, OR JUST ONE OR TWO BOOKS IN THE SERIES, OR SIMPLY, THOSE WHO SKIPPED BOOKS. That is preposterous, everyone! Sacrilege! Don't got telling me that I should just skip the first books because they are not important, or because HP5 is where it will all begin. NO. EVERY LITTLE DETAIL from the books is ESSENTIAL. OH MY GOD, I CANNOT EVEN PHRASE MY FEELINGS ABOUT THIS PART. If you are a true fan as you claim that you are, you'd read all the book and pay attention to those "insignificant" details.

Now, for further clarification, I acknowledge only a few people as true HP Fans, and one of them is Shayne de Guzman, in fact, I consider her a greater and better fan than I am. So you see, I am not being ostentatious just because I've read all 7 books. I still know my place, and I respect my seniors.

Lastly, I also acknowledge VERY few people as HP Fans (not yet true) when they have the will and the desire to read the books and not just rely solely to the movies. That, for me, is a sincere demonstration of the will to be a true fan of HP, not just because you want to ride the bandwagon. Same goes to those who have read only some of the books (IN ORDER). I higlhy respect and admire them if they are actually showing the desire to CONTINUE READING.

This is actually the very reason why I want to resume blogging. Oh, thank you, you wonderful person, you! For this wonderful question. I hope you got my point and... no offense meant, 'kay? :)

I know I've already answered this question, but, hmmm. My first impression would be, she looks settled, quiet, and composed. But if she started talking and moving, then I'd be corrected. :P Well, at least that's what I always get from anyone when we talk about first impressions. I dunno, really. :P

OMG if I had this question weeks ago, my answer would be pirates. But now that I've watched some episodes of Naruto, I love ninjas, too. So... my answer would be WIZARDS :D

    17. Abbey Giongco

Harvest Moon, I guess. If only our laptop's not such a douche, my answer would most probably be The Sims.

Hmm. For one, it's very environment-friendly. I love places with lots and lots of trees kasi. :) And uhh, I absolutely love the library. But other than that, wala na. :P
