      ok, amybrown, a relationship question: I've been in a relationship for four years (pretty serious, talks of a ring, etc) and then a few months ago, it was like "bam!" and now I'm feeling disinterested. How can I break it off without being a total asshat?

      there's no good way to do that. i can tell you that if you're not interested anymore, the other person has probably already noticed. i've never been in a relationship longer than like seven months, so i don't know if i'm the best person to ask about this, but...just sit them down and be honest. tell them how you feel. that's all i've got.

      spanish: i took so many years of it. it'd be nice to be fluent.
      arabic: i could get a SWEET government job
      french: it sounds nice and they speak it in a lot of random countries

      i just dont like watching peoples heads swell. used to think you were cool till you started with the '"Internet Celebrity" thing. you are just an angsty little girl who changes boyfriends like she changes underwear. ive seen it before in many teen movies.

      i didn't start the internet celebrity thing, my friends started saying it as a joke. it's not something i say seriously. it's an inside joke between me and my friends. i really don't care if you think i'm cool or not. also, i dated my last boyfriend for seven months and the one before that for six months, with a span of about six months in between them. also, i'm not a teenager. i'm 21 years old. please don't act like you know me.
