Wake up in extreme depression, wanting only to sleep forever. Then i use some sort of stimuli to wake me up enough to force myself out of bed.

At this point i start forcing myself to think positive thoughts (often times with little success) while i pace about my bedroom in an attempt to both get the blood pumping as well as to help me focus on reasons for not falling back to sleep.

I then jump in the shower, brush teeth, eat and try to avoid any human interaction as i possibly can until im in a normal, sober mood. Then i can start my day, usually
