    We're very sorry to hear about your experience, but we are not the company you may have thought we were when you submitted your question. We are Your Best Face Skincare (founded in 2004) and only make skincare products.

    There is a company called called Your Best Friend Stacey which was originally the company Models Prefer. In 2007 Models Prefer changed their name to Your Best Friend Stacey. Please consider contacting QVC and they may be able to help you.
