Metalingus by Alter Bridge, because of Edge...
-
No, we were junkies before that....

I just came back from PAX East. That was A LOT of fun!

I'm fat. I'm balding. I have bad teeth. I have a big head. I lack self-confidence.
I have no idea, very few people have been attracted to me, or if they are, I am unaware of it. I suppose it's my good nature. I actively try to be a good human being. I am the quintessential "finish laster"... -
Both are tough. I am deathly afraid of failing. My entire life, people have been telling me I can do better, basically that my efforts aren't good enough. Without a sense of satisfaction, achievement means nothing. So I define myself by my failings, and all I do is add to that. It's not fun.
Ultimately, it's worse to never try. I haven't approached an artist seriously in over 2 years. I haven't written a script since November. Sure, I had moving and stuff to do, but I could have written 3 - 5 scripts in that time normally. Then all I think about is wasting my 20's, and soon to be my 30's: no career, no family, no girlfriend... and it gets to be very not fun. -
English/Social Studies?

I don't listen to a lot... not much of a musical person I suppose...
-
I would invest half of it, put 500,000 to 1 million towards a comic book company, buy my family a nice place in Chinatown, get myself a nice condo in New York somewhere... the rest? con fund, book buying, gadgets, vacation... but I would seriously start my own comic book publishing company, possibly even my own comic book cafe if enough people I knew would go in and do the day to day stuff, while I'd be the financier/face of the company/comic buyer/comic advice monkey.
-
Um, I think I AM a con story...
-
Not in a while, since I work at Midtown, but I get that feeling when I pick up Previews every month!
-
Indy had 1 bad movie to Star Wars' 3... but I love lightsabers. Star Wars wins. by a hair.
-
The most important is the energy of the emotion. I have to feel the characters coming of the page.
-
Up to the artist. If they need the money, go for it, but if I drew a kick-ASS page, I'd want to keep it.
-
I want Frazier Irving to illustrate Dante's Inferno.
-
I'm not much of a music guy. Book I'd go with is the Alchemist. Movie would be something like Matrix of Scott Pilgrim...
-
Depends on the intent of the editor. If he had a theme, I'd hope the creators stick to it. Otherwise, I don't care. Entertain me. Make me think. Gross me out. Make me laugh so hard I let out an uncomfortable fart. Whatever.
-
I love Chinese Wuxia films... those are the ones where the kung fu masters can jump from tree to tree, take on hundreds of soldiers and shoot energy out of their hands. Kung Fu Cult Master starring Jet Li is my favorite non American movie of all time. My comic brings wuxia and comics together... or attempts to.

Raph’s Bio
I like comics, and want to write them. I also like other things.
