I think "Who Owns My Heart" is Miley's best music video so far. I'm so proud of being her fan. It is a sexy video but is also a sexy song so yeah, that was obvious. And there's nothing wrong with being sexy. It just shows that Miley is confident in her skin and knows who she is. But hey, don't let your parents or anyone else tell you that video is too sexy for you to watch it or whatever. if you like, watch it.
