Damn straight you should be upset. BUT only if you truly believed you was his best man before he decided to get married. If he has a friend or another family member who he's real close to then you should've had a hint something like that could've happened. Just because you're my best man doesn't mean that I'm your best man. The same rule can be applied for people who are close friends who name the other a godparent. You might name me the godfather of your child but I might elect to name someone else the godfather of my child. The reasons will vary. Maybe you're my boy but I don't think you're responsible enough to do right by my kid if something happened to me where I couldn't care for him or her. Maybe you're a single parent and if the worst were to happen to me, I would like for my kid to be raised in a two parent household. Maybe we were on bad terms at the time.
Times and maturity usually resolves those type of issues and you move on. Either way, it's a sticky situation. -

I'll start helping the cops do their job when they start helping me write these lyrics.

It wouldn't be weird but possibly different. I would accept and appreciate it if a girl sang a song to me. But make sure you set it up right or it could be awkward for you and him. The best way to present it to him is in person. That way you get to look into his eyes to detect how sincere his appreciation is. Tell him that you have a song you wrote and you want to get his opinion. When you start singing the song act like it's just any ole song but as the song progress, began looking into his eyes more but don't stare. Just look and then look away or close your eyes but continue to sing. until it becomes apparent that the song is being directed at him.
If you are shy you could still tell him that you have a song you want to get his opinion on. But do it over the phone or better yet, record a video on your phone or computer and show it to him in your presence. -
It's always been Willie D but I'm thinking about changing my moniker. Any ideas?

People are fascinating. I love discovering what makes them tick,

I'm already in the music game so TV or film would be a logical choice.

Life is a bit macabre brother. If there was no Willie D, the only way to fill the void - assuming that my cells were stored - would be by way of reproductive cloning. The world will never see my kind again.

I have decided to boycott ranking things. It's complicated choosing eras and genres over one another. Plus the results always cause more division than unity. Peace out!

A house divided cannot and will not stand. While you're at home the same preacher is telling her how she needs to leave you if you ain't in the church.

Not funny at all. God is a vengeful God. Plus, there were no cars back in those days so theoretically your question is baseless.

Yeah, Lindsay needs a break. She'll do great.

My first sermon would probably be entitle "If You're Fake You May As Well Leave Right Now, Cause I'm About To Turn This Muthafucka Out!"
