Hmmm....well, as far as overrated, I'd have to say that's KISS. They're alright, but they're not all that. Underrated...I like a lot of different people that might be obscure, so I don't know who. The most mainstream act that I think is underrated is probably Florence + the Machine. Or A Fine Frenzy. My favorite band of all time, though, is the Beatles.
