Why the negativity? I'm referring to the "Unless I ask, I most likely do not care what you or anyone else thinks or says about me..." message you put on all your journals in FA. It's kind of off-putting.
Due to the amount of negativity projected towards me by so many people, I've grown to reject a lot of what others have to say. In a way, it's a sort of defense wall for me to put up when I am attacked verbally. In another, it's a way for me to let others know my mindset, that no matter what they say to me or about me, it will not affect my outlook on life or standpoints on issues. If someone likes me and wants to hang out with me, awesome, I'll be the best friend I can be provided they do the same. If they don't like me, fuck'm. I am who I am whether or not people like me for it. I will not conform to other people's ideals to make them happy and this is my way of showing it.
