If it's a modern-day rock band, they would have to be...
Henson: lead singer (whether he likes it or not)
Joe: lead guitar and backup singer
Jen: bass guitar and other backup singer
Bob: keyboard synthesizer
Kiku: drums (of course)
If it's an in-comic band, just replace guitar with violin, bass with cello, and synth with pipe organ.
Either way, they would totally still call themselves the Proto-Gentry. :D -
Haha, thanks. Though it should also be noted that you can't spell "Rincewind" without "WIN."
(...Okay, I'm done.) -
Impossible choice. XD
I do have a particular fondness for Lords and Ladies. That had just the right balance of adventure, creepiness, silliness, and Granny being awesome.
Also Night Watch, The Fifth Elephant, Thud!, and... pretty much any book that features Vimes being a snarky badass. Thud! might be the best of those so far.
Also, anything with Rincewind. Maybe especially The Last Continent (which has BUDGIES). <3 -
Probably Joe. I had no idea what to do with that guy in the old version (as subtly hinted at by the name he had... ahem).
He's grown quite a personality/attitude this time around, and now he's one of the most fun characters to write. ♥ -
Make an online choose-your-own-adventure story, and/or a DHTML RPG a la Kingdom of Loathing. Something humorous and interactive, with plenty of illustrations but an overall emphasis on text. :D
Bonus answer! What have I wanted to do for the last 60 seconds? Find an "Unsmile" button, since I accidentally Smiled at one of my own answers like a doofus. *facepalm* -
Nice one! Assuming they all switched simultaneously, and none of them knew at first that the others had done likewise...
Henson in Jen's body: Would keep hands folded and eyes straight ahead, NO MATTER WHAT.
Jen in Bob's body: Would go looking for her original body to make sure it stayed out of trouble. (Sadly, she might be the only one to think of this.)
Bob in Joe's body: Would peruse the hell out of his library, wantonly reading books without glasses.
Joe in Kiku's body: Would investigate the properties of Kiku's hair, with hopes of incorporating it into some sort of weaponry.
Kiku in Henson's body: Would, as a favor to Henson, make a heroic attempt to woo Jen. (I'll leave it up to you to imagine the results.) -
Ooh, fun question. :D
There are probably more and better music choices, but these are some songs that remind me of certain characters (or vice versa):
Java: Andy Pickford - Cloudwatching
High Priest: Andy Pickford - Night of the Long Knives
Lucideus: This Mazedude remix of Myst III - Wheels of Wonder:
http://ocremix.org/remix/OCR01749/
Joe: Harold Faltermeyer - Axel F
Kiku: Jim Carrey - Cuban Pete
Some guys who haven't been introduced in the new version, and must remain nameless:
- Voltaire - When You're Evil
- Alice Cooper - Poison
- Stray Cats - Puttin' on the Ritz
- Shandi - He's a Dream
I'd love to hear other theme song suggestions in the forum. ;) -
Dang, that's a tough one. There are so many lovely people I could mention! But to name a few...
I'd dedicate Page 73 to my friend Riverfox, who gently pointed out that I was using the simplified faces with blank button eyes just a LITTLE too often in the art. XD
Of course I'd dedicate any pages with cameo characters to the creators of those characters. :D
And as for the comic in general, I'd dedicate it to:
- Whoever recommended the book "Story" by Robert McKee a few years ago. I probably would've quit TM altogether if I hadn't read that when I did. ^^;
- Félix Lavallée and Jerzy Drozd, both for making inspiringly fun comics ("Flaky Pastry" and "The Front," respectively) and just for being great guys.
- Everyone who found TM before the reboot and, amazingly, stayed around to read and comment on the new version. They are awesome, and clearly more patient than I.
- Also, YOU. (Yes, you, the person reading this out-of-the-way Formspring page.) You rock. ♥ -
C... cookie... O_O
*frets*
Well... I don't think there's anything TOO spoiler-ish in my collection of TM gift art on deviantART, even though there are some characters from the old version there. And the artists certainly deserve more faves/comments/love, so here you go. :D

Java! ♥ He loves many things, but his favorites would be...
Color: Blue, lavender and silver.
Music: Choral music and upbeat folk ballads. If there were such a thing in the TM world, he'd also be a fan of various boy bands.
Food: Pears. -
Alas, I've never read/watched Twilight, so I don't know what they'd be reacting to. Sorry. XD
-
Absinthe, Mountain Dew, and a few drops of radium.

Right at this moment, my desk-side table has a big mug of cold water, a small mug of Diet Rite Pure Zero, and a cup of hot tea. Earlier there was cocoa. ♥
...Usually it's just water, honest. XD -
Ooh, good one! Let's see...
Henson would like some decent armor that isn't enchanted/cursed in some humorously inconvenient way.
Jen wants a set of whatever physics-defying hair-care products Kiku uses.
Kiku wants matching foot-claws to go with his hand-claws.
Joe wants all sorts of things. The top item on his list is probably a set of safety goggles.
Bob would appreciate more quiet time to himself, but that doesn't fit in a stocking. SORRY, BOB.
...And as for the mistletoe:

Just for fun (or because I'm too lazy to make up TM-world book titles), here are some real books that our heroes would read if they could. :D
Henson: "Power of 10," "How to Win Friends and Influence People," and the "Sword of Shannara" trilogy.
Jen: The "Discworld" series, "The Parkour and Freerunning Handbook," and "The Secret Garden."
Kiku: "REAL Ultimate Power: The Official Ninja Book," the "Harry Potter" series, and "Goodnight Moon."
Bob: "The Einstein Factor," "The Holographic Universe," and "Think and Grow Rich."
Joe: "Interview with the Vampire," "The Rules," and "The Game."
(...Well, now my Amazon recommendations are going to be wonky for a while.) XD -
Would you believe me if I said, "No, sorry, that's Keith"? 8D
-
Aww. This sounds like a fun question, but... I'm not sure what you mean! Were you thinking of high school stereotypes, like "nerd," "jock," "cheerleader," "emo," and that sort of thing? Or something else?
