Probably Paranoia Agent. It ended up being half power of <blank> half "oh yeah the "main character" is fucking crazy."

I still really enjoyed the show as a whole, but the ending was weird as hell. And in the end people didn't even care about the buttload of crazy that happened during the events of the show.
