Dear God

You are my only God, the only God I will ever worship, you carry my burdens when my weights get too heavy. You are the one that knows everything about me, the way I think, the way I talk, the way I look, the way I am. Every cell in my body has been created by you, and I know that you make master pieces and none of that other crap. I know my body is a temple that I must respect and look after, I have had so many struggles with the fact I tend to go differently from society and obey your commandments, but sometimes I feel like I'm being punished for something, I can't understand why I've been given a Chronic Illness, all I can think of is that you gave it to me to carry to make me be more understanding of others, that I will build up my character and have a loving and caring heart for others to feel and to be kept in. I don't think life is fair, but I also remember the fact I should appreciate what has been given to me, what I have been blessed with. At least I have a roof over my head, a pantry and fridge full of food, a beating heart, and clear air, a mum who cares. I know that this life is a broken world divided by sin, and that nothing will ever be perfect, but when you live a life by my God, Jesus will save you and he'll restore you from all sin, heal you. Your emotional scars and wounds. He will never leave you when things are tough, I know you'll never put me through something I cannot handle,
and he will always protect me. Pushing me, tugging at thy heart, ready to have him walk alongside me. As my status says "Life is a journey, its up to you how you get there, but only God knows the end result." Jesus/God I thank you for my life

I believe there is always something we are wanting to change about ourselves. I believe I'm attractive, and most guys don't complain. It's nice to be told you're beautiful though, its more "your cute" "your pretty". I will always have my days that I wish I looked like that girl or I didn't have freckles, or I lost some weight, or I had an even tan. But whatevs, I'm content with myself. :-)
