By 'the game', I'm assuming you mean Minecraft, and that is something that you'll have to ask Mojang support about. I have no affiliation with Mojang nor Minecraft. I am just an avid player of said game.

I am not the official support for any game, but I'll try to help.
Also, I am assuming you are talking about Minecraft Classic.
Try this:
1. Go to Run on your start menu.
2. Type in "%temp%" (without quotes, of course.) and press enter.
3. Find and delete your www.minecraft.net folder.
This -should- solve your problem, but if it has not, feel free to let me know. -
