It's actually hard to say who he's closest with...I think it's just part of his quiet personality why he seems more distant when you see him in any videos.
I don't remember if he's mentioned he was closest to one of the members but someone correct me if I'm wrong here. I just know the members said he was awkward with Taeil during their debut days (probably not anymore though).

Kitty Kwon is just a nickname for U-Kwon.
U-Kwon's fans are called Kwandies, but it's not really official. BBCs had a poll on blockbintl and Kwandies got the most votes^^ It's combined from UKwon+candies :) -
