I am just shy of 5'7. There are also exact measurements available in each listing, and please feel free to ask for additional measurements through eBay.

I have private health insurance. It's expensive and crappy... but it's insurance.

Thank you! That reminds me, i need to update it today. :)

Thanks! I actually have on planned for next week. Fingers crossed it turns out well.

all of them. twitter, facebook, tumblr, weardrobe, chictopia, pinterest, weheartit, stumbleupon, blogging and whatever comes next. Use every opportunity to connect with people like you and potential customers. It's a lot of work, but it really is worth it.

Promote promote promote. You can have the best vintage on the web, but if nobody sees it then nobody can buy it. PROMOTE.

Ebay has it's problems, and isn't quite the community that Etsy is. That being said, I make a great living on eBay. It provides people the opportunity to buy items immediately (like etsy), and bid on items for fun. All of my 40+ items per week are available on Buy It Now, and I typically sell between 8-15 of them that way. That's 1-2 items sold a day, plus the remainder of items sold at the end of the week from auctions. Most of my favorite Etsy stores don't sell that much. As much as I would love to be a part of the Etsy community, I choose eBay mostly for financial reasons. I make more money, and I make it consistently this way.... that's probably more than you cared to know. :) I ramble before I've had my coffee.

It is a thrift store / charity shop similar to goodwill. It has no website, and only sells used merchandise.

I starting buying/loving vintage in college. I decided to start selling for fun the year I graduated, and it just sort of snowballed into a career path. I do have a bachelors degree in statistics, but I have never even applied for a job since receiving it.

Weardrobe is a site similar to Chictopia or Lookbook.nu. It is a website that allows you to share your daily outfits, and links back to your blog.

none. I use almost no photo effects. I would rather stay outside and play with camera settings for an hour than mess with photo shop at home. I am crap with photo shop.
-
Salvation Army hands down. Goodwill is kind of expensive for thrift merchandise in my opinion.

with the switch. Turning off the lights with the pull is wrong. Now stay off my formspring, boyfriend. Love you.

I won't say never, but I will say it's highly unlikely. I do have an etsy project in the works for next year that doesn't include my vintage clothing though, so stay tuned for that.

90% of what I find is from thrift stores. I usually visit 5-10 stores per week, and will often visit them twice. Luckily I live in a place that has so many second hand shops.
