Here's a nice way to put it.

Activision and EA were like two evil warlords going at each other, sending out waves of attacks against one another that also affected innocent people caught in the middle of it all. Warlord EA's onslaught began to worsen and overtake Activision, causing more harm to those who weren't apart of this feud.

In the meantime, an old hero by the name of Capcom has become corrupt. He slowly begins to walk the path of evil, attacking any villages in his path and acting like his actions are for the sake of justice. Eventually, he comes across the two feuding warlords and completely overtakes them by completely wiping out those who once thought highly of the now ex-hero and assumed he would be their savior within that war. He set his sights on Activision and struck him down. He then cut off EA's arm and told him that if he were to ever wish to have a part of him back, he'd have to pay him for it.


I have some goofy ass thoughts about things like this.

Okay, so it doesn't happen too often these days, but it's still something that annoyed me because it was like "Okay, I get it. These two will get together at the end."

The idea sounds great...until you realize that it only works with Nintendo and Sega, two companies with a far larger amount of different series' to work with than both Sony and MS. Not to mention, it's a carbon copy of Smash Bros. with much less interesting characters.

Konami forgets it has franchises other than Castlevania and Metal Gear Solid. Bamco has issues with localizing games. Square just loves to milk the hell out of Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts, while deciding not to bother localizing Dragon Quest anymore and forgetting it used to release other RPGs.

Konami probably comes the closest. Same company that celebrated Goemon's anniversary...by making a pachinko game.

Dragon Ball Kai, YuYu Hakusho, One Piece and Hunter X Hunter are shows I feel could work on today's Toonami block (helps that 3 of them are licensed by FUNi). I guess you could keep Bleach on if it were to replace the Saturday night Adult Swim block.

Yes, I have seen it and do agree with him for the most part (except in regards to the One Piece character names, for obvious reasons).

My biggest problems with fantranslators outside of not translating certain things happens to be A) excessive upping of the language (such as adding in a ton of swears) and B) adding in certain phrases like "my bad" that don't exist in non-American settings.

Obviously the animated series.

No dub. SCEA is a bitch about that sort of thing. Odd considering they let Sega get away with it for the Yakuza series.
