I've often wondered this but the answer is really quite evident. We're just that awesome. That and Paul frightens them into working for us.

    2. Treeskunk Productions

We've obviously followed Rooster Teeth Productions (Red vs. Blue) since the beginning. Edgeworks Entertainment (Codex), imSuck, and SodaGod are some other great machinima makers.

Back in the day we were huge fans of Rooster Teeth, Xbox Ottawa, and Edgeworks Entertainment. Videos from imSuck and SodaGod are also pretty high on our list.

How is anyone really doing with real life? I believe he is currently working and pursuing either an additional degree or a masters degree somewhere, hence his lack of time for editing lately.

There originally was a season 2 planned but right now I actually don't know what the fate of Outpost: Isil beyond Episode 15 is.

    8. Treeskunk Productions

It's actually not quite finished yet. Although it's been quite some time, Episode 15 is finally nearing completion (real life issues caused a lot of delays). We don't really have any plans to do a Q&A with the voice actors but maybe we can work something out. Also, a lot of them post on the YouTube video comments so you might be able to ask 'em questions there.

To be completely honest I don't know. Paul Shelley told me two weeks sometime last week so it's still possible it'll happen within that actual timeframe. Most of our initial delays occurred because the audio guy bailed on us and then one of the voice actors disappeared or something (way long ago after we finished the previous episode). The problem was that Paul was graduating and moving all over the place, finding a job, etc. so everything got kinda hectic. I think that's the main reason stuff hasn't been done thus far. I know we have all the voices and the audio is done I think it's now just a matter of putting it all together, but that's a pretty big time commitment when you're working full time and taking class, which I believe is what Paul is doing.

It's quite probable. Paul's been having fun in the real world (graduation, jobs, etc.) but it's probably eventually gonna happen.

I'd recommend that you spend time to make sure your storyline is original and actual looks like you put a significant amount of effort into making it. It's very evident when machinima was hastily made with little focus on the quality. Also, it can be useful to post on major machinima group websites for feedback (e.g. Rooster Teeth) but don't expect a lot of positive criticism.

What exactly do you mean by "random?" I'd say we're more crazy or insane than random.

    14. Treeskunk Productions

We will more than likely post on our site when we need help but feel free to email Paul Shelley and ask (paulshelley@treeskunk.com).

We actually used to sell t-shirts but stopped because of the new(ish) copyright rules regarding machinima and the Halo franchise posted by Microsoft. Basically, so long as we don't make any money off our videos, we don't have to have explicit permission to make the videos so long as we give Bungie and Microsoft credit for the game engine. Technically we could sell Treeskunk-branded stuff and that might be ok but we're too lazy to get it set up.

    16. Treeskunk Productions

Not anytime in the immediate future. We obviously don't have the same resources or support that Rooster Teeth (Red vs. Blue) has. It'd be fun to do that stuff one day but we're still a bunch of college students.

    17. Treeskunk Productions

I'm not quite sure but I'm pretty certain he's "into girls" as you say. I mean, come on, look at him! I'd be careful asking him that question.

Of course! Who doesn't believe in their magical presence on this Earth? Where would society be without the ever-elusive magical hobo?
