This is a funny thing, since I spent most of the Summer totally broke. Now, though, I've got a job developing a game which I will talk about more soon.
Keep in mind, I am still a full-time student, and I don't really have to "make a living" doing anything yet. But I'm kind of wondering what to do once I graduate. Hmm. -
I DIDN'T STOP. I AM STILL A GAME MAKER WHO MAKES GAMES.
I have a lot of projects which are partially complete. I promise, I will release SOMETHING before the end of the year. -
People will tell you, "Make the game YOU want to play / make", and I think that's bad advice. You will hate any game you're making after a week into development. It will become boring and you will forget what's fun about it and why you started it in the first place. You will get so wrapped up in what the game actually IS in this early, ugly stage of development that you will forget what you want the game to be.
Make games for other people. Make a game for your best friend, or your parents, or the person you're in love with, but don't make one for yourself. It becomes really difficult to separate your experience playing the game from your experience developing it, so you can never appreciate it the way others can.
So make it for them. If you want to play a game, play a game. Don't make a game because you personally want to play the end result. The joy of MAKING a game comes when you show it to the world. -
If you seriously baked me a cake, you can e-mail me for my address and I will seriously give it to you and you can seriously send it to me.
I love vanilla. -
If you're serious about this you should e-mail me.

I got it for about $15 from GoDaddy. Fun fact: when I bought it, they had a sale on .info domains for $0.99, so I picked up whatareyouwait.info having no idea what I'd do with it.

They are a band called Bodega which features a couple dudes who went to my high school getting down and dirty with THE FUNK. They are awesome and you should buy their album. -
TCA is currently running on Player.IO, a multiplayer service which I have found smooth and accessible. Any problems with lag, etc. are entirely on my end, I recommend checking it out if you're interested.

Long answer: Sometimes you have to practice discernment. You have to parse what people say and figure out what they mean. My formspring is not the only place you'll have to do this, it's a skill you'll need in every facet of life. It would be nice for clearing things up, but unfortunately we live in a murky, ambiguous world.
Short answer: MY LAST NAME HAS TWO T'S HOW HARD IS THIS PEOPLE JESUS CHRIST -
Probably CRUSH!
It was really fun to make. I had no plan for it, I was just like, what if I made a game where you could destroy everything? Then, what if you were HUGE? And what if you had to use A HUNDRED DIFFERENT BUTTONS?
It's more like 12 or something, but that's still a lot -

I have an iPhone and it's pretty slick, but from what I understand the App Store is such a crapshoot in terms of making money that I don't really have any interest in developing for it. Also Apple's arbitrary draconian policies don't sit well with my stomach, like Mexican food

They already did, it's called Tom Sennett

Long answer: We were acting in a student film that my roommates made. He was a frat guy and I was a pledge getting hazed. He didn't actually hit me but it came out looking very convincing.
Short answer: I banged his girlfriend
