
Are you a morning or night person?
Depends what for but in general with most things, I'm better after I've been awake for a few hours!
When I was at school/uni - exam revision was always done in the morning. I never did late nights, books closed by 11pm as my brain would have switched off by then.
If I'm going to the gym, morning as I won't have enough energy later on in the day.
