I use a bar soap made in Mexico.. it has very fine ground Mother of Pearl (shells of freshwater mussels). The finely ground calcium carbonate in the shells is in the crystallographic form of the mineral Aragonite that is needle like and flakes microscopically into little blade-like particles that, when applied on a soft washcloth and used to buff the facial skin, perform identically to microdermabrasion. Rinse and follow with a greaseless cream.
