The best advice I can give is that you to give him some time to cool down and think through if he really wants to let this go. At the same time, you should think through if you've been overly-demanding... If you have and if you both eventually still want this, you should change. Learn to compromise. I know it's difficult to accept that the one you always turn to first isn't there for you anymore (at least for now). I hope you'll feel better soon. It's always good to talk things out. If he really loves you, you guize should werk things out. Find ways that he need not alter his 'old life' to be with you. :-) Remember, never neglect your studies!

I think the best studying tips are that you should be consistent and that you should clear your doubts always. As for the note-making, memorising stuff, try different ways and do what works best for you! ;-)
