Is there one item that has been with you since childhood that, for whatever reason, you have been unable to part with? The item could be an actual object or something more abstract if you prefer.
Look, my childhood is a blank, and it's probably better that way. I can only remember back to when Riley adopted me, when I was twelve.
But yeah, I have something I've always kept. I think I'd actually cry if I lost it. I have this fleece throw. It's really beat to shit by now. It was navy blue once, but it's kinda faded to this dark grey. It was the first thing Riley ever gave me to keep the nightmares away. I used to sleep with it under my pillows, and I felt better knowing it was nearby.
