You have a great looking blog! It will take time, just keep at it and people will find you :) Although tons will only look and never comment. You can join in on Blog Tours, meme's*weekly things* that will get people there then you can keep them coming back with reviews you post and such. Twitter, facebook and google + are all ways to get the word out also. Get in touch with authors and see if you can get a guest post from them. Tons of them love to do stuff like that, it helps them and you.... So win
