Yes and no. A strong desire to use comes and goes, yes, but addicts can fully recover in the sense that they never use again. As long as they realize and admit that there is that possibility that they will use again. Pretending you are "cured" never seems to work.

No. Mainly because I don't have money to do those things, so if I've going to spend the money on them it's because a friend wants to spend time with me. Also because I'm never alone. I'm always with my kids or a friend.
