
When I do forward folding bend, my bum seems to stick out and I can't get my legs straight, but I can keep my legs straight in head to knee (chest far from legs tho) and reclining big toe pose. Are there any poses I can work on to help this?
Reclining big toe pose is great for stretching out the hamstrings and it sounds like yours are a bit tight. Forward bends are lessons in patience, just keep practicing and take it slowly. Breath deeply and try to relax into the pose but don't force it. Somedays I keep my knees slightly bent in forward fold, it helps to release the lower back :)
