I suppose the obvious and lazy answer would be "faces" because that's what I draw most. :B
Aside from that I kinda have a love/hate relationship with hands. These fellas are super hard to draw at times but I just love the shapes and gestures they can form. And of course you can feel ridiculously proud of yourself when you get it right. XD -
I suppose when I figured out how to do that, haha. I'm still experimenting with styles and currently I haven't decided yet what look I want for my comic. I'd love to do something that has a painterly feel to it but I'm not yet sure if I'll be able to pull that off for a complete comic. I want to use a style I comfortable with and not one where I want to redo everything after the first chapter or so. :3
But there's definitely a deadline. The first part that I am currently sketching are single events spread over a couple of years that'll lead to the bigger story arc (each chapter already has some relevant pieces for the lager puzzle in it). As soon as shit hits the fan and the arc kicks in I really want to go full colour. So that leaves 3 or 4 chapters that may be still sketchy and experimental. After that shit gets real! -
I actually don't think about that all too much. With the right composition all colours can be pretty awesome.
Though in general I'd say I don't like baby blue and pink cause of the whole cultural baggage with boys/girls clichés. So yeah, those would probably be my least favourite.
