The lip synching is difficult and I will make a tutorial for it. Subscribe to SpecialFester on YouTube so you don't miss it.
Basically, you record yourself singing along to the real song, make large clear mouth movements so you can more easily synch it up in your video editing program. Then you remove the audio track with you singing and all you have is the song with video of you singing/lip synching. -
I don't understand exactly what you mean. Slowing down a clip is done easily in a video editing program like Vegas or iMovie. You basically just shift and drag, or select the clip and edit it's properties, making the time longer for the same clip will "stretch" it out and make it slow.

It depends if I'm using my desktop or my MacBook. The very BEST editing software is a program called "Sony Vegas Pro" and that's the one I prefer to use, but it's only available for PC.
If I want to make a video while I'm relaxing on the couch, I'll make it on my MacBook using a program called "Adobe Premiere." It's not quite as good as Sony Vegas, but it's your best option if all you have is a Mac. I also use iMovie HD, iMovie 08, and iMovie 09 for doing quick webcam vlogs, and also because they have some cutesy stock effects. Overall though, iMovie is a joke. -
