I'm guessing it's not up to you, but I noticed that both Recettear and Chantelise are PC-only games. I'm handing in my faithful old PC for a Mac soon. I was wondering if they or any future games will be ever available for Macs. Thanks in advance!
Very likely not; if the PC is super-niche in Japan, it is purely the domain of artists in Japan, and even then, not the domain of many. (In fact, offhand the only Japanese person I know who owns a Mac would be EGS' lead artist, Jun Saiku.) There's seriously *no* domestic market for it for any of our Japanese partners, which kind of precludes porting.
